Congratulations to Hunter Bartling, Ava Beasy, Cailyn Colford, Cole Franklin, Mia McKaig, Aspen Moolenaar, Micah Rans, Liam Rouch, and Hannah Zeigler for being selected members of the 2025-26 Pioneer Athletic Council (PAC)! The Pioneer Athletic Council (PAC) serves as an advisory committee to both the principal and athletic director at Pioneer Junior-Senior High School (PJSHS). This consulting group is comprised of five to ten senior student-athletes who have at least a 3.2 grade point average, participate in a varsity sport at PJSHS, and have been recommended by the Pioneer Athletic Board (PAB). The Pioneer Athletic Council (PAC) will meet three to four times per semester to discuss student-athlete concerns and/or athletic issues. The purpose of the PAC is to augment the entire student-athlete experience by: (1) fostering the human growth and development of student-athletes by promoting self-discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship and advocating moral courage, loyalty, and empathy; (2) safeguarding student-athlete welfare; (3) endorsing excellent academic achievement & (4) participating in community service projects.
