Pioneer Jr-Sr High School

Congratulations to the Pioneer varsity boys' golf team for breaking the eighteen-hole school record and winning the Pioneer Invitational at Pond View Golf Course in Star City on Sat May 9! The Panthers shot a 319 to defeat twelve other teams and eclipse the previous 18-hole school record (323) established in 1982. Pioneer junior Dane Bowditch was the medalist with a 3-over 73. Senior Micah Rans (78) finished fourth and junior Ivan Reyes (81) placed fifth to also earn spots on the All-Invite Team; while, seniors Brady Price (87) and Cole Franklin (88) also contributed to the school team record and invitational championship.
